Today I traveled to work by ferry.
I was so grateful to go to work by ferry today.
Usually, I have to drive on the motorway to work.
However, today I worked in our new office in the City for the first time.
I have worked and studied in the City for many years in the past, so I know the streets well.
However, today was different.
I looked up at the big skyscrapers.
I have been practicing daily gratitude.
I keep a gratitude journal and write about what I am grateful for before I go to sleep.
Keeping a gratitude journal helps me acknowledge the beautiful world next to me.

So, HOW can I be Grateful?
I highly recommend keeping a gratitude journal to bring gratitude into your daily life.
Start by writing 3 things you are grateful for that day.
Studies have shown writing gratitude before sleep makes one’s mindset positive aiding in sleep.
For example:
I am grateful to exercise this morning.
I am grateful for that person’s funny joke.
I am grateful for the beautiful sky.
Gratitude is the most healing of all emotions
Being able to appreciate what the world is giving has made me much happier.
I was so grateful for the little things in the day.
Great 😃 I have only been writing one thing, maybe I should try three ❤️
